Deposit

To secure your booking, a 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable. The remainder of your accommodation cost will be charged upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings must be cancelled in writing and refunds are only available according to the refunds policy.

Bookings cancelled up to 48 hours before check-in forfeit the 20% booking deposit only. 

Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of check-in, will be charged full accommodation cost.

Early termination of booking made either before or after check-in will be charged the full stay.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only occur if facilities are unable to stay open due to health and safety reasons, as determined by Management.

Waitiki Cabins and Camping is committed to privacy for everyone who accesses our website. This site, Waitiki Cabins and Camping, only collects personal data about you as needed to provide you with outstanding service and to help process your request or provide you with information.

Check in and out

Is available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in and /or late check-out is by arrangement.

Cleaning/Replacements Fees

may apply if a room or any equipment you have booked/hired are damaged during your stay. Smoking is NOT permitted in any cabin or camp kitchen, bathroom or dining area.  

After Hours Arrivals

After hours arrivals must be advised in advance. If you are arriving outside of our office hours we will send instructions via email.
